January 3 , 2004 - A New Leaf

I've had so much going on the last few days that I've barely had a moment to think, which is a good thing. Really.

It does, however, mean that I haven't had time yet to sit down and reflect on my New Year's celebration. That will come, I promise.

In the meantime, here are my New Year's resolutions for 2004:

  • Lose another 25 pounds (bringing my total weight loss up to 60!)
  • Finish writing my novel (only a few chapters to go).
  • Find another regular outlet for my writing (for pay!)
  • Organize my apartment to reduce the clutter.

Now, I know resolutions are supposed to be specific and achievable, and I'm not sure how specific these are. Still, they give me some goals to think about, to have in the back of my head as I go about my daily days.

Moral:
You can start anew anytime, but January is easiest.
